Forbes Asia acknowledged her social media influence in the Asia-Pacific region  while Metro Society named Kathryn among the most popular social media celebrities in the Philippines. EdukCircle also listed Kathryn among the “Most Influential Celebrities of the Decade”. 

Notably, she ranked second on NetCredit’s list of Top 10 Highest-Earning Instagram Celebrities in the Philippines, with earnings of P208 million per year.
