Kylie Ipinaglaban Marriage Nila Ni Aljur, Ayaw Makipaghiwalay

In a recent episode of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on November 3, 2023, Kylie Padilla revealed that she fought for her marriage with Aljur Abrenica until the very end, but Aljur did not fight for it.

Kylie also shared the most important lesson she learned from her relationship with her estranged husband.

“It’s a bit cliché, but I wish I had left something for myself. Because I really gave my all,” Kylie said.

She further expressed how she fought for their marriage despite the challenges they faced as a couple.

She did not give up even though she was suffering in their relationship because she didn’t want her children to experience growing up in a broken family like she did.

“For a time, in our relationship, there was a point in my life that… you really go through struggles in relationships, that’s really part of it.

“But because I made the promise of marriage, even though I told myself, ‘Okay, if I’m unhappy now and this is how our setup is going to be, I will still fight for my children. I gave it my all… but it still ended in separation.

“I came from a broken family, so I didn’t want my children to experience the same. I hate it when people say, ‘She’s a celebrity, she just swaps partners’… but people don’t know how much it hurt me,” Kylie emotionally confessed.

She also admitted that even though she struggled with postpartum depression, she still fought for and stood by her marriage to Aljur, but he did not reciprocate her efforts.

Kylie got married despite not believing in marriage, just so she could provide her children with a complete family and avoid the same fate she experienced when her parents separated.

In the end, she was still left alone, and her children ended up going through the same pain she did when her parents separated.
